Tokyo-based legal technology startup LegalOn Technologies announced Monday the launch of AI Revise, a GPT-4 powered contract editing tool for its contract review platform, which is now publicly available in the U.S. for the first time.

The startup, led by Nozomu Tsunoda, a former lawyer from Japan’s Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, first announced its expansion into the U.S. in December 2022.
