Since the pandemic began, 66% of companies have expanded the use of collaboration tools, while 53% increased the use of digital channels. Today, the average Slack user sends roughly 110 messages a day.
Today, nearly 80% of employees use collaboration tools for work (Gartner 2021 Digital Worker Experience Survey. Remote and hybrid work has evolved into a long-term model, reliant on cloud-based technologies and collaboration tools to meet the requirements of the modern workforce.
