It’s clear from Legalweek 2023 that many attorneys are wondering what the rapid advancement of large language models (LLMs)—such OpenAI’s GPT-3.5 model that powers ChatGPT—and other generative AI will mean for the delivery of legal services, and their own day-to-day work.
But it’s also clear that it isn’t a hypothetical question anymore. Far from being a disruption on the horizon, such technology is already starting to power a growing numbers of legal tech offerings.
