TCDI has its eyes on expansion, announcing today the acquisition of Aon’s e-discovery practice in a deal that will increase both its product offerings and geographic scope.
North Carolina-based e-discovery provider TCDI announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire global professional services firm Aon’s e-discovery practice. The deal includes software tools such as Aon’s NOMAD mobile processing platform, PHI/PII detection and post-data-breach support tools, as well as advisory services such as information governance.
