A Florida company claims it’s been shut out of the behind-the-scenes space launch process by the U.S. government, and has hired a Big Law firm in Miami to represent it in federal court.

North Florida-based Launch on Demand LLC’s counsel is attorney Francisco A. Rodriguez of Reed Smith, a 1,540-attorney firm ranked 18th in the United States, according to the National Law Journal’s 2023 NLJ 500.
