Today, New Zealand-headquartered practice management platform provider Actionstep announced it has acquired Australia-based FilePro, which also provides practice management software.
A press release announcing the acquisition noted that Actionstep, which has offices in the U.S., Australia and the U.K. as well as New Zealand, will provide access to cloud-based technology for FilePro customers as well as “drive additional product development investment.”
