On Wednesday, legal tech startup Rally Legal announced it has rebranded to Spellbook and secured a $10.9 million funding round, led by investment firm Moxxie Ventures and including Thomson Reuters and The Legaltech Fund, among others.
Spellbook is also the name of the generative AI-powered contract drafting and negotiation platform that Rally launched in 2022.
