Nearly two weeks after e-discovery and information governance software provider Exterro acquired e-discovery competitor Zapproved, the company announced staff cuts.
Less than 3% of the combined company’s workforce was laid off, but the exact number is not being made public, Bill Piwonka, Exterro’s chief marketing officer, told Legaltech News. However, Layoffs.fyi, reported the total number laid off at 24.
