On Thursday, e-discovery and information governance software provider Exterro announced its acquisition of Zapproved, an e-discovery software provider that focused on corporate legal departments.
As of today, Exterro and Zapproved will operate as combined, single business under the Exterro brand. However, how its separate products will be affected is still being determined.
