On Wednesday, e-discovery and legal services provider Consilio announced it has entered into an agreement to purchase two UK companies, staffing and advisory business Lawyers On Demand (LOD) and legal tech consultancy SYKE. The purchase price was not disclosed.
According to the press release, in addition to extending Consilio’s UK business, the acquisition will also expand the company’s Enterprise Legal Services (ELS) operations to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia.
