On Thursday, CLM provider SpotDraft announced that it closed on a $26 million series A funding round led by Premji Invest, with participation from Prosus Ventures, 021 Capital, Arkam Ventures, Riverwalk Fund, and 100x Entrepreneur Fund.
The new capital infusion comes after the company raised $1.5 million in a 2019 pre-Series A funding round led by 021 Capital, and $550,000 in a 2017 seed round led by Hunch ventures.
