For all its human-like astuteness, it’s still too early to know exactly how and where ChatGPT fits in law firm processes. But at least one firm believes it’s found a home for the novel generative AI tool.
Chicago-based plaintiff’s firm Edelson is perhaps one of the first law firms to use the chatbot software in its marketing efforts. Among other administrative tasks, such as writing internal communications, the firm is leveraging ChatGPT to help craft press releases.
