A Lot of Prompt Engineering: How Law Firm Traverse Legal Built a GPT-Powered Client Tool

While there’s been a flurry of generative AI legal tech hitting the market, most of them have come from legal tech providers. For now, many law firms are still experimenting with generative AI technology such as OpenAI’s GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 models, though their efforts are being slowed by insurance warnings and ongoing concerns over using such technology in legal services.

But at least one firm, Traverse Legal PLC, which has offices in Texas, Michigan and California, has stepped into the generative AI-developer fold.
