Actionstep: On Feb. 21, legal business management software provider Actionstep announced the appointment of a new chief technology officer, Chris Alaimo. Alaimo brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in various technology and engineering roles, most recently as CTO for service commerce platform EverCommerce, and before that as CTO at payment provider PaySimple. “My focus is on further expanding and improving our development functions in New Zealand and North America. We are working to leverage the technology of our recent acquisition of Soluno as part of Actionstep, and we also want to accelerate the delivery of innovation and valuable functionality that matters to our midsize law firm customers globally,” Alaimo said in a news release.
