An attorney is facing a disciplinary complaint by the Florida Bar over allegations his use of artificial intelligence in pleadings contained “inaccurate citations,” and that he “cited cases that were wholly fabricated.”
Respondent Thomas Grant Neusom, an attorney based in Fort Lauderdale, is among the first lawyers in the Sunshine State to face a complaint by the bar over the use of AI in litigation.
