Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, Latham & Watkins and Linklaters are acting on the €3.1 billion sale of Budapest Airport to French group Vinci Airports and Hungarian state-owned investment fund Corvinus.

The deal means the airport will now be 80% owned by Corvinus and 20% by Vinci Airports, with the latter acting as operator of the airport. Vinci’s portfolio now covers 26 airports, including in Portugal, the U.K., France and Serbia, according to a company statement.
