Honeywell International filed a suit against a Charlotte, North Carolina, wholesaler for allegedly attempting to avoid its contractual obligation to purchase millions of nitrile gloves by purportedly accusing Honeywell of providing deficient products.
Attorneys with K&L Gates filed the lawsuit Friday in Mecklenburg County Superior Court on behalf of Honeywell Safety Products, accusing SVS LLC, doing business as S2S Global, of breaching its June 2021 supply agreement and allegedly fabricating pretextual reasons to cease ties to that agreement.
