“He has fulfilled the the significant responsibilities placed upon him as presiding officer of the JQC Hearing Panel in the spirit of public service and transparency by making proceedings accessible to all,” Supreme Court of Georgia Chief Justice Michael P. Boggs said of Atlanta Judicial Circuit Judge Robert C. I. McBurney.
