Bosworth claimed in a memorandum filed Monday that lawyers representing Kline & Specter “employed inappropriate tactics akin to mob-style behavior” during a recent deposition of Diana Melendez, a former client of the firm and the plaintiff in a multimillion-dollar medical malpractice case.
