Goodwin Procter is the latest firm to adjust its newly qualified solicitor salaries as the firms across the city continue to compete for the highest rates.
The Boston-founded firm is upping its rates to £175,000, up £15,000, according to people at the firm, bettering rivals such as Kirkland & Ellis, Milbank and Vinson & Elkins, whose rates exceed £170,000.
