The proportion of women in partner or principal roles in Australia’s largest state is slowly increasing, but women still lag on pay.
Some 35% of partner or principal positions were held by women, up 2 percentage points from the year before, according to the Law Society of New South Wales’ 2022 Annual Profile of Solicitors NSW.
