Antitrust and competition law is not for the faint of heart.

The practice area is inherently complex and more subject to rapid change than any other. We’ve seen how politics can fundamentally shift policy on the interpretation and application of longstanding antitrust law in a relatively short time, often based on the presidential term. As antitrust and competition laws continue to evolve or devolve – depending on your philosophical perspective – companies will continue to face significant risks and potentially severe penalties going forward.
