Silicon Valley unicorn SiFive, known as a pioneer in computer processing and semiconductors, has hired Adam Dolinko as chief legal officer and senior vice president of corporate development.
Dolinko comes to San Mateo, California-based SiFive from Ouster, a maker of sensors used in self-driving vehicles, where he had been chief legal officer since November 2021. He recently helped complete that company’s “merger of equals” with Velodyne, creating a sensor powerhouse with a market value of $550 million.
