The Rockefeller Foundation has promoted Erica Guyer to general counsel and corporate secretary.
Guyer has served as acting general counsel since the departure of Maria Santos Valentin in May 2022. Valentin, who held the legal reins for three years, is now a distinguished scholar and senior fellow at the New York University School of Law’s Grunin Center of Law and Social Entrepreneurship.
