After 13 years with the Portland Trail Blazers, longtime legal chief Ben Lauritsen is rejoining Stoel Rives as partner in its corporate practice group.
After a two-year stint in the London office of Latham & Watkins, Lauritsen was an associate at the Portland-based Stoel Rives from 2008-2010, where he advised clients on corporate financing, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy. In a statement, he said he remained close with his former Stoel Rives colleagues, so his return “really feels like a homecoming.”
