Venture-backed e-commerce platform Pax8 has brought in veteran in-house lawyer Mary Gill, who led corporate ethics and compliance at Splunk as its first chief compliance officer.
In a statement Thursday, the company said Gill will create and lead a “best in class” ethics and compliance program as it grows its business. Gill will report to Chief Legal Officer Carrie Schiff.
