In-house teams unsure of what a “good” diversity, equity and inclusion program looks like have a new tool to see how their corporate DEI programs measure up.
The Association of Corporate Counsel’s charitable arm teamed up with Ethisphere to develop the ACC Foundation DEI Maturity Assessment, a free resource unveiled Thursday. ACC Foundation Executive Director Jennifer Chen called it a “game changer” for gauging the effectiveness of DEI programs and helping companies identify where they can improve.
