In-house attorneys have a new tool for managing risks associated with implementing artificial intelligence tools.
Developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology and released in late January, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework provides guidance on creating a culture of risk management around artificial intelligence. It also organizes risks into categories, provides tools to measure those risks, and delivers guidance on risk prioritization.
