Retirement plan provider Empower has tapped Deputy General Counsel Kelly Noble to succeed Chief Legal Officer Richard Schultz, effective March 2.
Empower is the second-largest retirement plan provider in the United States, and manages more than $1.2 trillion in assets for more than 17 million investors.
