John Guccione returned to Linklaters earlier this year after a three year spell at U.S. firm Latham & Watkins, and over a decade at Canadian pensions fund Omers. At Omers, he held the top legal role as managing director of legal for over five years, and was based in between London and his native Canada. His practice focuses on the infrastructure market. 

In terms of working in house, what are the biggest pros and cons versus private practice?
