Seventy-nine percent of GCs say their companies faced increase risk this year, a sharp rise from the 60% who felt that way last year, according to a report released Tuesday by FTI Consulting and the compliance tech company Relativity.
Fifty-seven percent of respondence included ESG issues among their top five risks, and 53% placed information and data governance in the top five, according to the survey,
