In anticipation of a recession, legal chiefs need to create a contingency plan and get a seat at the recession-planning table, legal experts said during a recent webinar.
“It is imperative for legal chiefs to plan ahead—having a Plan A as well as an alternative Plan B,” said Michelle Banks, senior adviser at the recruiting firm BarkerGilmore and former global general counsel and chief compliance officer for Gap Inc.
