Despite talk of a slowdown, there are few signs that the war for hiring legal talent has subsided. From private practice law firms, to large corporate legal departments, to small startups, there is high demand for a limited number of smart, experienced, and resourceful lawyers.
In-house hiring, in particular, is surging. I see that in my own recruiting. And the in-house hiring market was described as “red hot” in a recent Law.com article.
