FGS Global, a public relations consultancy that counts Apple, Visa and the National Football League among its clients, hired former Tegna general counsel Akin Harrison to lead its legal team.
Harrison left Tegna in late June, a month after its agreement to be bought by activist investor Soo Kim’s hedge fund Standard General for $5.4 billion fell through.
