Rack Room Shoes, a 520-store chain operating in 36 states, has hired Randolph Brodwin, a former legal executive at Circle K and Foot Locker, as chief legal officer.
Brodkin joins Charlotte, North Carolina-based Rack Room with nearly 30 years of legal experience, including serving for the past year as vice president of legal affairs at Circle K, the largest of non-franchised convenience stores in the U.S.
