Just days after helping Oneok ink a nearly $19 billion acquisition, general counsel Stephen Allen is leaving the Tulsa, Oklahoma-based energy company to join Dallas-based GuideStone, which bills itself as the nation’s largest faith-based provider of mutual funds.

Allen has been with Oneok, which gathers, stores and delivers natural gas, for 17 years, the last six as legal chief.
