Email security and management company Mimecast has promoted its deputy general counsel Chris Dollase to legal chief.
He will replace Robert Nault, who will step down as general counsel after more than six years in the role. Nault did not respond to a request for comment. In a statement, the company said, “After serving as general counsel for six companies beginning in 1995, five of which were public companies, Bob plans to relax for a while and consider his options later in the year.”
