Greenwashing, data breaches and regulatory changes are among the issues that general counsel say keep them awake at night.
Speaking at the ninth annual General Counsel Summit in Sydney on Aug. 7, the GCs also said regulators have become even more vigilant. Luke Barrett, general counsel of pension fund UniSuper, noted that the Australian Securities & Investment Commission and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority are better funded and are making better use of data.
