The real estate services giant Cushman & Wakefield has replaced general counsel Brett Soloway, a move that comes eight months after a judge found the company in contempt of court for not complying with subpoenas in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ Donald Trump investigation.
Chicago-based Cushman on Thursday announced that former Archer Daniels Midland legal executive Noelle Perkins will join the company as general counsel on July 1. The news release made no reference to Soloway, who had been general counsel for nine years. His bio has been removed from the company’s website.
