German pharmaceutical giant Bayer has named a new group general counsel who will also take up the position of head of law, patents and compliance.
Starting from July 1, 2023, Thomas Laubert will replace Gabriel Harnier, who left for the German-headquartered enterprise software company SAP in January. Harnier had held the role at Bayer for eight years.
