Grocery chain Albertsons has added a new general counsel with serious mergers and acquisitions experience as it struggles through a merger with rival Kroger.
CVS Health general counsel Tom Moriarty will join the company on June 5. Moriarty has more than 30 years of in-house experience, and has previously served at other health corporations, including Merial, Merck and Medco.
