Dunn had been deputy general counsel and corporate secretary since May 2022, after leaving his deputy GC role at Four Corners Property Trust in San Francisco. He previously worked as an associate at Perkins Coie, Mintz Levin and Thacher Simpson Bartlett.
He replaces Susan Marsch, who joined the San Diego-based company as interim GC in September after James Mullen resigned as chief legal and administrative officer.
