Benjamin Bai, the chief legal officer at Amber Group, has returned to private practice after close to seven years working in-house.
Bai has joined King & Wood Mallesons’ partnership in Shanghai. While he will be part of the firm’s intellectual property practice, Bai will also be part of the firm’s digital assets and fintech advisory service offerings, people familiar with the matter told Law.com International.
