Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer continued its ongoing raid of U.S. private capital practices with the hiring of partner Eva Mak, the firm announced Tuesday.
Mak joins the firm’s Silicon Valley office in Redwood City, California, from Kirkland & Ellis, where she was promoted to partner in 2021.
