French luxury group Kering has agreed to acquire the company owning a historic Milanese building in the city’s fashion center for €1.3 billion from a subsidiary of Blackstone Property Partners Europe, with the support of US, Italian and French law firms.

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and PedersoliGattai are guiding Blackstone Property Partners Europe Holdings (BPPEH) on the sale while Chiomenti and Gide Loyrette Nouel advise Kering, according to three of the law firms involved.
