A former London income partner at Canadian law firm McCarthy Tétrault has won an unfair-dismissal case against the firm.
The firm failed to convince U.K. Employment Tribunal Judge Farin Anthony that it had to let Allan Reason go because it didn’t have enough litigation and arbitration work.
