The wife and son of Frank Lloyd’s nephew, who was suffering from dementia, brought suit in the Miami state court alleging elder abuse against a woman with whom the nephew had a years-long romantic interest. They also named her South Florida attorney for an alleged attempt to seize control of the 87-year-old nephew’s $50 million in assets.

Richard Wolfe, a partner at Wolfe Law, and Lara Gatz, an Am Law 200 partner at Reed Smith, both in Miami, represent the plaintiffs, Rosemary Levai, Pierre Levai’s spouse for 55 years, and Max Levai, Levai’s son, against the defendants, Marcia Levine and Paul Cowan of Paul M. Cowan & Associates.
