After announcing its move to Miami in July amid a rush of businesses moving to the city, Sidley Austin arrived with a plan to staff its outpost sustainably by sourcing talent locally.
“The vision here is not just to plant a flag, it’s been really to commit to practicing here,” office co-managing partner Beatriz Azcuy said. ”How you do that is you take people from Miami, people who understand the community.”
