Want to Drive an Electric Vehicle? In Australia, Law Firms Aim to Retain Talent With Appealing Perks

The competition for talent in Australia’s legal market has cooled since the hiring frenzy of last year, but law firms are now focused on retaining talent, with some offering lawyers perks that range from tax-subsidized electric vehicles and access to cheap home loans to additional paid leave. 

“By offering a robust benefits package, we aim to attract and retain the most qualified employees at K&L Gates,” a firm spokesperson said.
