This past December, the Spanish elite law firm Cuatrecasas named a Latin American partner to its board of directors for the first time in its 105-year history.
Manuel Quinche, who is also managing partner of the firm’s Bogotá office, had joined Cuatrecasas just two years earlier, in 2020, from leading Colombian corporate firm Brigard Urrutia, where he was head of the banking, finance and project finance group.
